Before the repair service, do the following:
1. Before leaving your device in a repair shop, we recommend that you back up all important data. This includes contacts, photos, documents and any other data that you might need after your device has been repaired. After the official repair service procedure, the device is set to factory settings. The retail stores and repair shops are not responsible for the loss of user data and/or apps nor for any costs incurred due to such loss.
2. Before you bring your device to a repair shop, we recommend that you turn off all security features like lock screen and password. This will ensure easier access to the device in order to test its functionality after the repair. Not being able to access your device due to security features could lead to delays in the repair process.
3. Delete your Google accounts If you are logged into your Gmail account on your smartphone, it will be necessary to “forget” and/or delete that account on the phone for security reasons.
4. Remove the SIM and memory card We recommend that you remove the SIM and memory card from your smartphone because we, as an authorized repair service provider, are not responsible for any additional items you unintentionally leave with your smartphone. This way, you can avoid any potential losses and inconveniences.

To će nam omogućiti da lakše pristupimo uređaju i testiramo funkcionalnost nakon popravka. Ako ne možemo pristupiti vašem uređaju zbog sigurnosnih značajki, to bi moglo dovesti do kašnjenja u popravku.
3. Obrišete svoje Google račune
Ukoliko ste na svom pametnom telefonu prijavljeni s vašim Gmail računom, bit će potrebno „zaboraviti“ i/ili izbrisati taj račun na mobitelu radi sigurnosnih razloga.
4. Uklonite SIM i memorijske kartice
Preporučamo vađenje SIM i memorijske kartice iz vašeg pametnog telefona, jer kao ovlašteni servis nismo odgovorni za dodatne stvari koje nenamjerno ostavite uz svoj pametni telefon na servisu te tako možemo izbjeći eventualne gubitke i neugodnosti.
