Notice on filing
the consumers’ complaint

In compliance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/14, 110/15), we advise customers that they can file a written complaint to the following address if they are not satisfied with the service they received:

We will promptly confirm in writing that we have received the complaint.

Written complaints will be addressed within 15 days of the complaint being received.
