Service Agreement's
general terms and conditions
Only after a work order is presented does the service take over the device. After being notified that the gadget or equipment’s service processing is complete, you have 15 days to take possession of it. One crucial component of this Agreement is the date for taking possession of the equipment.
According to Article 132 of the Act on Property and Other Real Rights, the user acknowledges that failure to pick up the device within 45 days of the Service notifying them that the service processing is complete will be interpreted as a waiver of ownership and the device will be considered abandoned. According to Article 131 of the Act on Property and Other Real Rights, MMM Agramservis may in this situation classify the gadget as movable property that no one owns and sell it to third parties in order to recoup all of its expenses. The user expressly and unconditionally confirms that MMM Agramservis has the right to retain the subject of repair in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of the Civil Obligations Act and is authorized, pursuant to Article 75, to collect all its costs incurred in connection with the repair as well as other costs from the value realized by selling the device to third parties.
During the repair, all data from the device may be deleted. Regarding the storage of your data, MMM Agramservis does not take any responsibility. Additionally, it is the user’s responsibility to return the data to the device.
If the out-of-warranty repair is cancelled, there is a €13 diagnostic fee.
Ninety days from the date of repair is the warranty period for out-of-warranty repairs.
